These terms govern access to and use of the website grupofern.com and its brand pages (Grupo FERN, Fern Development and Espira). By browsing the site you accept them.

The site is for information only. Nothing published constitutes a contractual offer, quotation or professional advice; services are always agreed in writing and separately in each case. Prices, commissions and commercial conditions are set out in the corresponding proposal and, unless expressly stated, amounts exclude VAT. All of this is without prejudice to the rights that Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 grants to consumers.

Access is free of charge and requires no registration. If you use the contact forms, you undertake to provide truthful information and not to impersonate anyone else.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the capital of the province of Madrid, unless you act as a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
