About us

Espira is the vending division of Grupo FERN, founded in Madrid by Rayan Nikpour and Filip Ecer. Like the rest of the group, it does not acquire existing businesses: it builds them from the ground up, machine by machine and location by location.

The founders come from finance and business strategy. They chose vending because it allows no shortcuts: results depend entirely on execution.

Espira operates in clubs and nightlife venues, offices and student residences. The principle is simple: a machine that is always stocked, always working and always available.

The aim is to give every location a reliable, well-kept service that improves the everyday experience of the people who live, work and go out in Madrid.
