About us

We're Espira, founded in Madrid by Rayan Nikpour and Filip Ecer — two friends from Germany who set out to build something the right way from the ground up. As part of our holding group, Grupo FERN, we don't buy businesses that already exist. We build them from scratch, machine by machine and location by location.

We come at this with a business grounding — a background in finance, strategy, and how ventures actually get built and run. But we've never been interested in theory for its own sake. What drew us to this was the opposite: a business you can't fake your way through, where the numbers only work if the execution is real. That's the kind of problem we wanted to put our hands on.

We place vending machines where people need them most: hospitals, gyms, offices, universities, and clubs. Our thesis is simple. These are businesses that live or die on daily execution: a machine that's always stocked, always working, and always there when someone wants a quick pick-me-up. Service that doesn't fail is the whole product, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.

And above all, we're here to spread a little joy. Our mission is to make people across Madrid that bit happier; one machine, one great moment at a time. A cold drink after a workout, a snack between lectures, a treat to power through a late shift: small pleasures, always there when you want them, brightening the everyday all across the city.
